What does "running AI on my computer" actually mean?
Most people use AI through a browser tab — ChatGPT, Claude in a webpage. That is fine for chatting. To actually build something, you need AI that can read your files, write code into your project, and execute commands on your machine. Claude Code does exactly that. It lives in your terminal. It sees your folders. It creates files and runs commands. No browser. No cloud dependency. Your machine. Your AI. What is Claw vs Claude Code?
Claude Code runs in your terminal — it is for building. Claw (Claude on the Web) runs in your browser — it is for thinking. Do I need any coding experience?
