Giveaway terms & conditions
Coltura Growth Website prize draw. Please read these before entering — entering means you accept them.
The short version
- Free to enter. No purchase necessary, and buying nothing does not reduce your chance of winning.
- Open to UK-based service businesses with an existing live website. 18+.
- Entries open Saturday 5 September, 9am 2026 and close Thursday 1 October, 11:59pm.
- One winner, chosen on merit against the published criteria in clause 7 — not at random. One application per business.
- Every eligible applicant receives a website audit, whether or not they win.
- Winning the rebuild requires agreeing to it being documented as a case study. The audit does not.
- Prize: a Coltura Growth Website plus 12 months of Growth Care, worth £3,283 in total. No cash alternative.
1.Promoter
The promoter is Coltura. Questions about this draw: fen@coltura.uk.
This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Meta, or any other platform on which you may have seen it advertised.
2.Free entry
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Nothing you buy from Coltura, before or during the competition, changes your chance of winning, and declining to buy anything does not reduce it.
Applications are not all equally likely to win: this is a merit competition, and clause 7 sets out exactly what is assessed and what each part is worth. What you spend is not one of the criteria, and referring other businesses does not affect the outcome either.
3.Who can enter
To enter you must:
- be 18 or over;
- be based in the United Kingdom;
- own, or be authorised to commission website work on behalf of, a service business trading in the United Kingdom; and
- have an existing, live website — the prize is a rebuild of a site you already have, so there must be something to rebuild.
Employees of Coltura, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with running this draw may not enter. Web design, web development and marketing agencies may not enter.
4.How to enter
Complete the entry form at coltura.uk/giveaway with your name, email address, website address, phone number and answers to the two questions asked. That is the only way to enter.
One entry per business. Duplicate entries from the same business, website or person will be consolidated into a single entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted by an automated system, or that give false details will be treated as invalid.
5.Opening and closing dates
Entries open at Saturday 5 September, 9am 2026 and close at Thursday 1 October, 11:59pm. Entries received after the closing time will not be entered into the draw, however they were delayed.
6.The prize
One winner will receive:
- A Coltura Growth Website, stated value £1,495 — a complete rebuild of the winner's existing website, built to Coltura's standard Growth Website specification: growth audit, offer and messaging rebuild, design and build, conversion optimisation, local search foundation, AI search readiness, conversion tracking, performance optimisation and launch support.
- 12 months of Growth Care, stated value £1,788 — hosting, monitoring, content changes, form and link checks, speed and search visibility monitoring, monthly reporting and a quarterly conversion review, at Coltura's standard £149 per month, beginning on launch. The winner is under no obligation to continue at their own cost when the 12 months end, and nothing renews automatically.
Total prize value £3,283. These are Coltura's standard list prices at the time of the draw, and the same prices published on coltura.uk.
The prize was increased on 7 September 2026, after this promotion opened, by the addition of 12 months of Growth Care and a £45 uplift to the stated website value. Every entrant, including everyone who applied before that date, is entitled to the increased prize. No element of the prize, the eligibility criteria, the judging criteria or the closing date has been reduced or narrowed at any point.
The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be exchanged in whole or in part. The prize covers Coltura's own work only: it does not include domain registration or renewal fees, paid stock photography or video, third-party software licences, paid advertising spend, professional copywriting beyond Coltura's standard build, or the cost of migrating from a platform that charges an exit fee.
Coltura reserves the right to substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make the stated element unavailable.
7.How the winner is chosen
The winner is chosen on merit, not at random. Every eligible application received before the closing time is scored out of 100 against the criteria below, and the winner is selected from the highest-scoring applications by Adam Wilson of Coltura, within 24 hours of applications closing. His decision is final.
The aim is to select the business where a rebuild will make the largest, most demonstrable difference — which is not the same as the biggest business, or the worst website.
- What one new customer is worth (30 points)
- A higher-value customer means a rebuild can produce a larger commercial change.
- Enquiries your website currently generates (20 points)
- Assessed as evidence of real, existing demand. Very high volumes score slightly lower, because there is less room left to improve.
- How much the website can be improved (20 points)
- Based on the problem you identify, and on how reliably a rebuild addresses that particular problem.
- Agreement to a case study (15 points)
- Permission to document the before, the rebuild and the results. Declining scores zero here and means the rebuild cannot be awarded — it does not affect your audit.
- How soon you could start (10 points)
- The rebuild needs some of your time in the first week.
- Your reason for applying (5 points)
- Read and judged by a person. It carries few points, but it is frequently what decides between two close applications.
Scoring is applied to the answers you give, so an inaccurate answer is scored as given. Coltura may verify anything stated in an application, and may set aside any application it has good reason to believe is inaccurate.
A record of the scores and the decision is kept, and your own score can be provided on request to fen@coltura.uk.
8.Notifying the winner
The winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw using the email address and phone number given on their entry. The winner must confirm they accept the prize within 7 days of first contact.
If the winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, does not respond within 7 days, or does not meet the eligibility conditions in clause 3, Coltura reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw from the remaining valid entries.
The surname and county of the winner will be made available to anyone who asks by emailing fen@coltura.uk within one month of the closing date. Coltura may also ask the winner for permission to publish their business name and a case study of the rebuild — this is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
9.Claiming and delivering the prize
To receive the prize the winner will need to give Coltura what it needs to do the work — access to their domain and hosting, or the ability to point the domain at the new site, plus their logo, images and any copy they want carried over. Coltura will set out what is needed on acceptance.
Coltura will begin work within 5 working days of the winner accepting and will aim to deliver a first version within 10 working days of receiving everything it needs. Where the delay is the winner's, timescales extend accordingly. If the winner has not engaged with the build within 60 days of accepting, Coltura may treat the prize as declined.
10.Buying is separate from entering
Coltura separately offers entrants the option to start a Growth Website immediately for £495, with the balance due on approval. This is a commercial offer and has nothing to do with the draw. Taking it does not improve your chance of winning, and declining it does not reduce your chance of winning.
If a customer who has paid Coltura for a Growth Website goes on to win the draw, Coltura will refund in full everything they have paid towards that website.
11.Your data and marketing
Coltura is the data controller for the details you give on the entry form. It uses them to run the draw, to contact you about your entry, and — because you ticked the consent box — to email you about your website and Coltura's services.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or emailing fen@coltura.uk, and you will stop hearing from Coltura. Withdrawing marketing consent does not remove you from the draw. Your details are not sold or passed to third parties for their own marketing. Entry data is deleted within 6 months of the closing date unless you become a customer or remain subscribed.
See the privacy policy for the full detail, including your rights of access, correction and erasure.
12.General
Coltura reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes breaches these terms, and to cancel or amend the draw where something outside its reasonable control makes running it as described impossible — in which case it will publish notice on this page.
Coltura's decisions on the conduct of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into about them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
