With Growth Care, your website is monitored around the clock and we act on what the monitoring finds. It is optional and runs month to month. The website is yours either way and keeps working if you leave.

01Uptime and error monitoring
We monitor the site and act as soon as it goes down, so you do not hear about it first from a customer.
Content changes
Send changes whenever you need them: new prices, new staff, new services, seasonal copy. A fair monthly allowance, handled quickly, with no per-change invoices.
New pages as you grow
When you add a service or start covering a new area, we build the page for it. Larger campaign landing pages are quoted separately, and we always tell you the cost before we start.
Checks and monitoring
02Form and link checks
Your enquiry forms are tested regularly and broken links are found and fixed. A contact form that breaks without anyone noticing loses every enquiry sent through it.
Speed monitoring
We keep an eye on load times and fix the drift, so the site is as fast in a year as it is on launch day.
Search visibility monitoring
We watch how the site is being found and indexed, and flag problems: a page dropping out, an indexing error, a change worth reacting to.

The plan comes with a fair monthly allowance. At £149 a month, an “unlimited everything” promise breaks the first time somebody takes it literally. If a job is bigger than the plan covers, we quote it before we do it.

07 answers / nothing hidden
01Is Growth Care compulsory?
No. The Growth Website is a one-off payment and the site is yours outright when it launches. Growth Care is a separate monthly choice, and you are free to host the site yourself instead.
02Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time, with a month’s notice. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. If you leave, we hand over the site and the accounts and it carries on working. The domain and the code stay yours.
03What counts as a content change?
Prices, opening hours, staff, photos, service descriptions, a seasonal message or a new testimonial: the ordinary running of the site. Send them over and we get them done. If something is a bigger job, like a new campaign landing page or a booking system, we tell you it sits outside the plan and quote it before doing anything.
04Why is there a monthly allowance for changes?
At £149 a month, an unlimited promise breaks the first time somebody takes it literally, and a good working relationship turns into an argument. So we set it out up front: a fair, generous monthly allowance, handled quickly, and a clear quote for anything bigger.
05Can I pay for a year at a time?
Yes. Pay twelve months upfront and the plan runs for 14. The monthly price stays the same, and the extra months are added at no charge. Month to month remains the default.
06What if the site breaks?
We are monitoring it, so in most cases we know before you do. Faults in anything we built are fixed as part of the plan at no extra cost.
07Do I get to see what is happening?
Yes. You get a plain-English monthly report showing visitors, enquiries and what changed, plus a conversion review every quarter where we pick the one improvement most likely to bring in more work, and make it.

We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
