Free Roofing Website Review
I checked 13 roofing websites. 10 were invisible. Let me check yours.
Put your website in below. A real person goes through it — your report is back within 48 hours.
Adam does every audit and every build personally. There is no team to hand it to. That caps how many run at once, so there is usually a short wait before a build starts. Once yours starts, it takes about 14 working days.
“Adam does not just build websites. He understands what a business needs to look like before people trust it with serious money.”
Ric Wilson — Owner, Regenovate

What I Actually Found
These are real roofing websites. Not a sales pitch.
In August I went through 13 roofing company websites, one by one, the same way I would go through yours. Some of these firms have been trading for over fifty years. Here is what was wrong.
10 of 13
Google could not tell what the business did
No usable main heading on the homepage. The page loads and looks fine to you, but the one line Google reads to work out what you actually do was empty, missing, or duplicated.
4 of 13
No proper name in search results
Broken or empty page titles. One read "Roofers Stockport - About About Roofers Stockport" — a leftover template bug nobody had ever noticed.
2 of 13
Did not work on a phone at all
Shrunken desktop site, pinch and zoom to read anything. Most people looking for a roofer are on a phone, often standing in the garden looking at the problem.
53 years in the trade
Their homepage heading just said "About Us". Not the company name, not roofing, not the town.
Roofing since 1910
Over a century of family reputation, and the website never said so anywhere Google could read it.
Still on the developer placeholder
A contact address of mail@example.com, sat in the code since the day the site was built.
None of these were bad businesses. Every one of them does good work and most get plenty of it by word of mouth. The website was just never anybody’s job.
What The Review Covers
Six things, checked by hand
Not an automated score out of a hundred. I open your site and use it.
Whether Google understands you
When someone types "roofer near me", does Google know you fix roofs in that town? On most roofing sites I check, it genuinely does not.
What it looks like on a phone
Someone standing in their garden staring at a slipped tile is not on a laptop. If your site fights them, they ring the next roofer.
How hard it is to contact you
Is your number tappable? Is there a quote form that works? I test it and tell you if it is broken, because plenty are.
Whether you look trustworthy
Insurance, guarantees, accreditations, real photos of real roofs. Homeowners are about to let a stranger on their house.
Speed
A slow site loses people before it finishes loading. I measure it properly rather than guessing.
Whether you show up locally
Your Google listing, your service areas, and whether the emergency and storm damage searches are finding you at all.
How It Works
Four steps, and three of them are mine
01
Send me your website
Just the address. Takes under a minute, and I do not need anything else to start.
02
I go through it like a homeowner would
I search for roofers in your area, find you (or fail to), and use the site the way someone with a leak actually would.
03
Your report lands within 48 hours
Written in plain English and put in order: what is costing you quote requests, what is already working, what to fix first.
04
You decide what happens
If a few small fixes will do it, I will say so and you can do them yourself for nothing. If a rebuild makes sense I will show you what I would build and what it costs. Once.
If You Do Need A New One
Live in 14 days, or you don’t pay until it is.
A new roofing website built to bring in quote requests, not to win design awards. £1,495, you own it outright, and it is live within 14 days of you sending your content over. Most agencies quote eight to twelve weeks. If I miss the deadline, you do not pay until it is up.
- Built mobile first
- Tap to call on every screen
- Quote request forms that work
- Your insurance and guarantees up front
- Project gallery for real roofs
- Set up to be found locally
None of that is the point of the free review though. Plenty of sites just need a few fixes, and if yours is one of them I will tell you and you can crack on.
FAQ
The questions roofers actually ask
Yes. No cost, no card details, no obligation. You get a straight assessment of your roofing website and that is the whole arrangement.
Some reviews turn up problems big enough that the roofer asks me to fix them properly, and that is how I win work. If yours only needs small tweaks you get those free and we both get on with our day.
Under a minute to send. Your report is back within 48 hours.
No. No call, no drip emails. If a rebuild makes sense I will say so once, in writing, with a price attached.
Word of mouth is the best lead source there is, and none of this replaces it. This is about the people who searched, did not find you, and rang someone else. You never hear about those jobs, which is exactly the problem.
Then it is £1,495 and it is live within 14 days of you sending your content over, or you do not pay until it is. You own it outright. Ongoing care is optional, from £149/mo.
No, but roofing is where most of my recent work has been, so I know what the enquiry journey looks like and what tends to be broken.
Find out what yours is costing you.
One field, under a minute, and a real report back within 48 hours. If it turns out your site is fine, I will tell you that and you have lost nothing.
