That covers content changes, form and link checks, backups, security, speed monitoring, a plain-English monthly report and a conversion review every quarter. It is optional: cancel any time, with a month’s notice, and the website stays yours if you leave.

Prices, opening hours, staff, photos, service descriptions, seasonal copy, a new testimonial: the ordinary running of the site. If something is genuinely a bigger job, like a campaign landing page or a booking system, we say so and quote it before doing anything.
Because at £149 a month an unlimited promise would be broken the first time somebody took it literally. A generous monthly allowance, handled quickly, with anything bigger quoted up front, is a promise we can keep.
Yes. We watch uptime, errors, speed, broken links and form failures, plus how the site is being found and indexed. In most cases we know about a fault before you do, and faults in what we built are fixed as part of the plan.
