Google Ads for chiropractors
Google Ads management for chiropractors, for clicks that turn into calls.
Ads show quickly whether your website converts, and money spent sending clicks to a weak page is lost. That is why the site comes first and the ads come second.
For chiropractors
What it means in your trade.
Paid search can work for chiropractors, but advert text falls under the CAP Code, which rules out condition-led adverts the clinic could not back up. Bid on the service and location, such as chiropractor plus your town, and on new patient appointments. Exclude searches for chiropractic courses, jobs, degrees, free advice, exercises and home remedies.

What is included
Exactly what you get.
Campaigns built around what people search when they are ready to buy
Negative keywords, so your budget goes on the searches that turn into work
A landing page that matches the ad, so visitors land on the offer they clicked
Conversion tracking, so you judge the campaign on enquiries
Budget set to what the enquiries are worth to you
Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is separate from anything Coltura charges. If your site is not ready to convert, we will say so before taking the work.
Built for chiropractors
Made for your trade.
Every trade asks something different of its website. For a chiropractor, these are the parts built in.
- Service copy written against CAP's current chiropractic guidance, with outcome claims and unsupported conditions left out.
- Chiropractor profiles with GCC registration, the Dr title explained wherever it is used, and each person's interests.
- A first-visit page setting out what happens, how long it takes and what it costs.
- A fees page showing single appointments and any plans, with the terms, and the full price beside any introductory offer.
- Online booking linked from your practice system, and your Google Business Profile set up with accurate categories and hours.
- Tracking on bookings and enquiries, so you can see which pages lead patients to book.
What it costs
£1,400, one-off.
The site comes first, at £1,400 one-off. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is never marked up.
The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions
The ones that come up.
What should I budget?
Work backwards from what one job is worth. For example, if a typical job nets you £800 and one enquiry in three becomes a job, each enquiry is worth more than a business selling £40 services can spend. For some trades, ads do not pay at all, and we will tell you.
Can I run ads before rebuilding the site?
You can, but you will usually be buying traffic for a page that loses it. A free Growth Audit will tell you which of the two is costing you more.
How long will a chiropractic website rebuild take?
About 14 working days of build once the direction is agreed and your content is in. Reviewing service copy against CAP guidance can take a little longer, so set aside time for one careful read by the clinician responsible. The free Growth Audit comes first and shows what would change before you commit.
Can new patients book online?
Yes, through the online booking in your practice system, linked from the first-visit page so new patients pick the right appointment type. Returning patients can go straight to follow-ups. The site explains the fee and the first appointment beforehand, so people book knowing what will happen and what it will cost.
Do we own the website and its content?
Yes. The site, the domain, the copy and every account set up for you are yours from the start. If you stop using Growth Care you can host the site elsewhere and it keeps working. That matters for a clinic whose wording has been carefully checked, because the approved copy stays with you whatever you decide.

Find out what your website is costing you.
A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.
We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
