Google Ads for insulation contractors

Google Ads management for insulation contractors, for clicks that turn into calls.

Ads show quickly whether your website converts, and money spent sending clicks to a weak page is lost. That is why the site comes first and the ads come second.

For insulation contractors

What it means in your trade.

Ads can work for insulation, but timing and targeting decide it. Searches rise as the weather turns and bills arrive, so campaigns belong in autumn and winter. Keep private and funded work apart, because a click from someone looking for free insulation costs the same as one from a paying customer, and you may not be able to help them.

Bid on the insulation types you install within your area, and exclude free and grant searches if you only work privately, DIY and material purchase phrases, jobs and training. Each ad should land on the page for that service, with photos and a survey request form. Track survey bookings.

What is included

Exactly what you get.

Campaigns built around what people search when they are ready to buy

Negative keywords, so your budget goes on the searches that turn into work

A landing page that matches the ad, so visitors land on the offer they clicked

Conversion tracking, so you judge the campaign on enquiries

Budget set to what the enquiries are worth to you

Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is separate from anything Coltura charges. If your site is not ready to convert, we will say so before taking the work.

Built for insulation contractors

Made for your trade.

Every trade asks something different of its website. For an insulation contractor, these are the parts built in.

  • Clear routes from the homepage for private customers, funded work if you do it, landlords, and builders
  • A page for each insulation type you install, with photos taken during the job and a caption explaining each
  • Warranty and insurance-backed cover stated plainly, with who provides it and what it covers
  • Your TrustMark or other registrations shown with details that can be checked, where you hold them
  • A survey request form asking for property type, the area to insulate and optional photos
  • Your Google Business Profile set up with insulation categories and linked to the matching pages

What it costs

£1,400, one-off.

The site comes first, at £1,400 one-off. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is never marked up.

The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions

The ones that come up.

What should I budget?

Work backwards from what one job is worth. For example, if a typical job nets you £800 and one enquiry in three becomes a job, each enquiry is worth more than a business selling £40 services can spend. For some trades, ads do not pay at all, and we will tell you.

Can I run ads before rebuilding the site?

You can, but you will usually be buying traffic for a page that loses it. A free Growth Audit will tell you which of the two is costing you more.

What photos should I be taking for the website?

Photos during the job, because the finished work disappears. A tape measure in the loft insulation, boarding raised above it, a wall's drill holes before and after making good, insulation between floor joists while the floor is still up. Take them on your phone as you go. We caption them on the site so homeowners understand what they are looking at.

How do I keep funded-scheme information current?

Keep it short and dated, and only include it if you do that work. Schemes and eligibility rules change, and outdated detail loses trust quickly. Under Growth Care, you tell us when something changes and the page is updated for you, so you are not relying on remembering a website edit in the middle of a busy season.

How long does the rebuild take?

About fourteen working days of build once the direction is agreed and we have your photos, registrations and service list. The free audit comes back first, and you see the real site on a private link as it is built, with a round of changes before launch. You own the site, domain and content from the start.

Find out what your website is costing you.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.

We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
