Google Ads for skip hire companies
Google Ads management for skip hire companies, for clicks that turn into calls.
Ads show quickly whether your website converts, and money spent sending clicks to a weak page is lost. That is why the site comes first and the ads come second.
For skip hire companies
What it means in your trade.
Ads can make sense for skip hire, particularly in spring and summer when homeowners clear gardens and start projects, but brokers bid on the same terms. Bid on skip sizes and skip hire within your postcodes, and exclude driver vacancies, skips for sale and searches for council tips or recycling centre opening times.

The ad should land on a page with prices, a postcode check and booking, because people clicking a skip ad want to book straight away. Turn spend down when your skips are all out.
What is included
Exactly what you get.
Campaigns built around what people search when they are ready to buy
Negative keywords, so your budget goes on the searches that turn into work
A landing page that matches the ad, so visitors land on the offer they clicked
Conversion tracking, so you judge the campaign on enquiries
Budget set to what the enquiries are worth to you
Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is separate from anything Coltura charges. If your site is not ready to convert, we will say so before taking the work.
Built for skip hire companies
Made for your trade.
Every trade asks something different of its website. For a skip hire company, these are the parts built in.
- A size guide with dimensions, typical uses and prices or price ranges for your area.
- A clear explanation of permits, placement and what the customer needs to arrange.
- A list of what can and cannot go in, and how you deal with items such as mattresses, tyres or plasterboard.
- An online booking or request form with a postcode check, dates and waste type.
- Your waste carrier registration and permit details shown on the site.
- Your Google Business Profile set up with your yard, hours and service area.

Questions
The ones that come up.
What should I budget?
Work backwards from what one job is worth. For example, if a typical job nets you £800 and one enquiry in three becomes a job, each enquiry is worth more than a business selling £40 services can spend. For some trades, ads do not pay at all, and we will tell you.
Can I run ads before rebuilding the site?
You can, but you will usually be buying traffic for a page that loses it. A free Growth Audit will tell you which of the two is costing you more.
Should the website mention recycling?
If you sort waste at your own facility or send it on for recycling, say so plainly. Some homeowners and many commercial clients care about where their waste ends up. Only publish recycling figures you can support from your own records, and explain your process in a sentence or two rather than with slogans.
Should domestic customers be able to pay online?
It depends how you work. Online booking with payment suits straightforward domestic hires. Trade accounts and complicated jobs are better handled with a request form and a call. The site can offer both, making clear which route suits which customer, so neither group is forced into the wrong one.
What happens when my prices change?
They need updating quickly, since an old price shown online causes arguments. With Growth Care you send the new prices and they are changed within the monthly allowance. Keeping one price list that every page draws on avoids old figures lingering in a forgotten corner of the site.
