Local SEO for HVAC installers
SEO for HVAC installers, so the people nearby find you.
Local search is mostly groundwork. Google needs to understand what you do, where you do it, and that other people vouch for you. Your site also has to be fast enough to be worth ranking.
For HVAC installers
What it means in your trade.
Domestic air conditioning searches spike with the weather: air conditioning installation, bedroom air con, split system installer near me. Commercial searches are steadier and more specific: air conditioning maintenance, commercial refrigeration repair, cold room installation. The groundwork is a page for each service you want, stating the areas you cover, with clear titles, clean structure and fast loading on a phone.

Your Google Business Profile is set up with the right categories and services, photos of real installs and plant, and links to the matching pages. Reviews gathered in summer, while customers are enjoying the result, help most. Realistically, domestic searches during a heatwave are crowded; commercial maintenance and refrigeration pages are often where a local firm can build steadier visibility.

Built for HVAC installers
Made for your trade.
Every trade asks something different of its website. For an HVAC installer, these are the parts built in.
- Two distinct paths from the homepage, one for home air conditioning and one for commercial HVAC and refrigeration
- Your F-gas certification details and any manufacturer approvals, with a sentence on what each means
- A domestic enquiry form that collects the room dimensions, a proposed position for the indoor unit and photos
- A maintenance contract page setting out the visit schedule, the records kept and breakdown response for contract clients
- A page on air-to-air heating for the cooler months, if your systems do it
- Your Google Business Profile set up with the right categories and linked to the matching pages

Questions
The ones that come up.
How long before SEO does anything?
The technical work lands immediately; rankings move over weeks to months. Be wary of any promise of page one within a month.
Do you do SEO as a monthly retainer?
The groundwork is part of the rebuild. Ongoing care at £149 a month keeps it maintained. There is no separate SEO retainer.
Do homeowners in flats need different information?
Often, yes. People in flats may need permission from a freeholder or managing agent before an outdoor unit goes on the wall, and they worry about noise and neighbours. A short section explaining what you need to know, and what options exist when an external unit is difficult, helps them before they enquire and saves you visits to jobs that cannot go ahead.
Can a website bring in maintenance contract work?
It removes the friction from asking. Set out the visit schedule, the checks carried out, the records you keep and the response contract clients get when a system fails, and a building manager has what they need to ask for a figure. A short form asking how many systems and sites are involved means you can price it without a long chain of emails.
What happens to my old site when you rebuild it?
We check which of your existing pages are earning visits and either keep them or redirect them to their replacements, so the value is not thrown away. Domain and hosting are moved across, forms are tested end to end, and we watch the site closely for a month after launch. You own the site, the domain and the content throughout.
