Google Ads for appliance repair firms

Google Ads management for appliance repair firms, for clicks that turn into calls.

Ads show quickly whether your website converts, and money spent sending clicks to a weak page is lost. That is why the site comes first and the ads come second.

For appliance repair firms

What it means in your trade.

Ads can work for appliance repair because many searches are urgent, but you are bidding against larger networks and manufacturers. Keep the radius tight to where you can attend quickly, bid on the appliances and brands you actually repair, and schedule ads for the hours you can respond.

Exclude searches for buying new appliances, spare parts and manuals, DIY repair videos, and jobs or training. Each ad should open on the page for that appliance, with your charges and a booking form. Tracking which calls and forms turned into repairs tells you whether the spend is worthwhile.

What is included

Exactly what you get.

Campaigns built around what people search when they are ready to buy

Negative keywords, so your budget goes on the searches that turn into work

A landing page that matches the ad, so visitors land on the offer they clicked

Conversion tracking, so you judge the campaign on enquiries

Budget set to what the enquiries are worth to you

Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is separate from anything Coltura charges. If your site is not ready to convert, we will say so before taking the work.

Built for appliance repair firms

Made for your trade.

Every trade asks something different of its website. For an appliance repair firm, these are the parts built in.

  • A page for each appliance type you repair, with the common faults and how charges work
  • Pages for the main brands you know well and have parts access for, rather than every brand ever made
  • A booking form covering the machine, make, model number, symptoms and postcode, with room for a photo of the display
  • A clear section on diagnosis charges, labour, parts and the warranty on repairs
  • A landlord and agent page with its own form for tenant details, access and invoicing
  • Your Google Business Profile set up with the areas you cover and linked to the appliance pages

What it costs

£1,400, one-off.

The site comes first, at £1,400 one-off. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is never marked up.

The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions

The ones that come up.

What should I budget?

Work backwards from what one job is worth. For example, if a typical job nets you £800 and one enquiry in three becomes a job, each enquiry is worth more than a business selling £40 services can spend. For some trades, ads do not pay at all, and we will tell you.

Can I run ads before rebuilding the site?

You can, but you will usually be buying traffic for a page that loses it. A free Growth Audit will tell you which of the two is costing you more.

Can customers book a repair without phoning?

Yes. A short form covering the machine, make, model number, symptoms and postcode, plus a picture of the display if it shows a code, gives you what you need to confirm a slot and bring the right parts. You can reply in the evening. Customers who cannot get through on the phone then have another way to reach you.

Should I show that I sell reconditioned or new appliances too?

If you do, yes, on a separate page. When a machine is not worth fixing, being able to supply and fit a replacement keeps the customer with you, and letting agents often need exactly that. Say what you supply, how quickly, and whether you take the old machine away. Keep it separate so the repair pages stay focused.

How long does a rebuild take, and what do you need?

About fourteen working days of build once we agree the direction. We need the appliances and brands you work on, your charges, the areas you cover and any photos of you at work. We write the copy. The free audit comes first, and you see the real site on a private link as it is built.

Find out what your website is costing you.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.

We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
