Do I have to take Growth Care?
No. The website is yours outright at £1,400 whether or not you ever pay another penny. Growth Care is there for owners who would like someone else to handle hosting and changes.
What counts as a change?
Prices, photos, opening hours, a new service, a member of staff, a review to add. If it turns into a whole new section of the site, we will tell you before doing it.
How can the site help me get landlord and holiday let work?
Give it a page of its own. Owners of several properties need someone to arrange access, sweep on a schedule and send the certificates in one place. A page that explains how you handle keys, changeovers and invoicing, with a form for multiple addresses, makes you the easy choice for repeat work across a portfolio.
Do I need a separate page for bird nest removal?
If you do that work, yes. People search for it separately, often in spring when a nest is noticed, and they need to understand when a nest can and cannot be removed. A page explaining the timing, what you can do meanwhile and how a guard prevents it happening again deals with the question before the phone call.
What do you need from me for the rebuild?
Photos from your jobs if you have them, your trade body details, the areas you cover, your prices and the services you offer. Half an hour on the phone covers the rest. We write the copy and build the site, and you see it on a private link during the build. It takes about fourteen working days once the direction is agreed.
