Landing pages for pest control firms
Landing page design for pest control firms, one page with one job.
A landing page exists to convert traffic you are already paying for. It has one offer, one piece of proof and one way to get in touch, with no navigation for visitors to wander off into.
For pest control firms
What it means in your trade.
A pest control landing page could run the wasp season, an autumn rodent campaign, a commercial contract offer for food businesses, or a page for landlords and managing agents. Each covers one pest or one audience, explains the treatment and process, and has a single clear way to call or book.

It can be switched on for the season, used behind ads, and taken down when demand drops, without changing the main site.

Questions
The ones that come up.
Do I need a landing page or a full website?
If you are running paid ads and sending that traffic to your homepage, a landing page is usually worth having. If you are not running ads yet, start with the website, because a landing page only works once traffic is pointed at it.
Can you write the page as well as build it?
Yes, that is most of the work. The writing is what makes a landing page convert; the design's job is to stay out of its way.
Do I need a page for landlords and letting agents?
If you want that work, yes. Landlords and agents need clear communication with tenants, access arrangements, written reports and advice on who is responsible for what. A page describing how you handle rental properties, including several units in one block, makes you an easy contractor to call again.
How do I talk about humane or low-chemical methods?
Describe what you actually use and when. Some customers want non-lethal options for certain pests, or as little chemical use as possible. If you offer these, explain when they work and when they do not. Honest limits build more trust than claiming every job can be done without conventional treatments.
How should the website cope with the summer wasp rush?
Put a clear wasp page at the front during the season, with what you charge for a nest, how soon you can come and what the customer should avoid doing in the meantime. A notice when you are fully booked for the day saves calls you cannot take. Switch it back when the season ends.
