Google Ads for physiotherapists

Google Ads management for physiotherapists, for clicks that turn into calls.

Ads show quickly whether your website converts, and money spent sending clicks to a weak page is lost. That is why the site comes first and the ads come second.

For physiotherapists

What it means in your trade.

Paid search for physio is competitive, and a broad advert sent to a homepage spends quickly for little. It is worth running for a service with clear intent and spare capacity: a running injury clinic, a new location, sports massage or evening appointments. Bid on those terms with your area, and exclude searches for physio jobs, courses, degrees, NHS physio, free exercises and self-help.

Advert text falls under the CAP Code as much as the site does, so keep it about access and service rather than outcomes. Each advert needs its own landing page with the fee and booking link, and tracking on booked assessments.

What is included

Exactly what you get.

Campaigns built around what people search when they are ready to buy

Negative keywords, so your budget goes on the searches that turn into work

A landing page that matches the ad, so visitors land on the offer they clicked

Conversion tracking, so you judge the campaign on enquiries

Budget set to what the enquiries are worth to you

Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is separate from anything Coltura charges. If your site is not ready to convert, we will say so before taking the work.

Built for physiotherapists

Made for your trade.

Every trade asks something different of its website. For a physiotherapist, these are the parts built in.

  • Clear routes from the homepage for self-paying, insured and referred patients, each ending at the right booking step.
  • A fees page with the price and length of each appointment type, and your cancellation terms.
  • Service pages written against the CAP Code, describing assessment and treatment approaches without promising outcomes.
  • Clinician profiles with photos, HCPC registration, clinical interests and the days they are in clinic.
  • Your practice system's online booking linked at the right appointment types, and a Google Business Profile for each location.
  • Tracking on assessments booked from the site, so you can see which pages and campaigns lead to appointments.

What it costs

£1,400, one-off.

The site comes first, at £1,400 one-off. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is never marked up.

The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions

The ones that come up.

What should I budget?

Work backwards from what one job is worth. For example, if a typical job nets you £800 and one enquiry in three becomes a job, each enquiry is worth more than a business selling £40 services can spend. For some trades, ads do not pay at all, and we will tell you.

Can I run ads before rebuilding the site?

You can, but you will usually be buying traffic for a page that loses it. A free Growth Audit will tell you which of the two is costing you more.

We run two clinics. Do we need two websites?

No. One site with a page for each location works better: its own address, hours, clinicians, services and parking details, connected to its own Google Business Profile. Patients land on the right clinic, and the practice keeps one brand, one booking system and one set of fees to maintain.

How long does a clinic website rebuild take?

About 14 working days of build once the direction and structure are agreed and the content is in. Clinical sign-off of service pages often takes longest, so it helps to name one clinician to review copy. The free Growth Audit comes first and sets out what would change before you commit.

Will changing websites affect patients who find us through search now?

Existing pages that bring in visits are kept or redirected to their replacements, so the value they have built carries across rather than being lost. The current site is checked before anything is removed, and the month after launch is watched closely for any page that drops out of search.

Find out what your website is costing you.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.

We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
