Google Ads for damp proofing specialists

Google Ads management for damp proofing specialists, for clicks that turn into calls.

Ads show quickly whether your website converts, and money spent sending clicks to a weak page is lost. That is why the site comes first and the ads come second.

For damp proofing specialists

What it means in your trade.

Ads can work for damp specialists because many searches are urgent. The two strongest targets are usually mortgage and pre-purchase damp reports, where a buyer needs someone this week, and condensation and mould, where a homeowner or landlord wants help now.

Bid on those terms within the area you survey, and exclude DIY products, dehumidifier and paint purchases, jobs and training, and damp meter searches. Each ad should land on the page for that problem, with a clear booking route for a survey. Track surveys booked, so you can see whether the spend is producing instructions.

What is included

Exactly what you get.

Campaigns built around what people search when they are ready to buy

Negative keywords, so your budget goes on the searches that turn into work

A landing page that matches the ad, so visitors land on the offer they clicked

Conversion tracking, so you judge the campaign on enquiries

Budget set to what the enquiries are worth to you

Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is separate from anything Coltura charges. If your site is not ready to convert, we will say so before taking the work.

Built for damp proofing specialists

Made for your trade.

Every trade asks something different of its website. For a damp proofing specialist, these are the parts built in.

  • Explanation pages for condensation, penetrating damp, rising damp and timber decay, each ending with a survey request
  • A mortgage and pre-purchase report page setting out turnaround, what the report contains and who can commission it
  • A landlord and housing page covering surveys, ventilation work and reports landlords can act on
  • Your PCA membership, if you hold it, and warranty terms stated precisely
  • Photos of causes found and work completed, captioned so homeowners understand them
  • Your Google Business Profile set up with damp and timber services and the areas you cover

Questions

The ones that come up.

What should I budget?

Work backwards from what one job is worth. For example, if a typical job nets you £800 and one enquiry in three becomes a job, each enquiry is worth more than a business selling £40 services can spend. For some trades, ads do not pay at all, and we will tell you.

Can I run ads before rebuilding the site?

You can, but you will usually be buying traffic for a page that loses it. A free Growth Audit will tell you which of the two is costing you more.

Is it worth a page on old and listed buildings?

If you work on them, yes. Owners of old stone or solid-walled homes are often wary of chemical treatments and cement render, and search for specialists who understand breathable materials. A page explaining your approach, with photos from similar buildings, attracts those owners and shows the kind of judgement surveyors and conservation officers look for.

Will landlords and housing providers find the site useful?

It can make you easier to instruct. A page aimed at them should cover surveys that identify the cause, ventilation work, how findings are reported, and how you arrange access with tenants. A form that takes several addresses and tenant contact details helps agents book multiple properties. It supports the relationships you build.

What happens to my existing site and its search visibility?

Before we change anything, we check which pages currently bring in visits. Those are kept or redirected to their replacements so their value carries over. At launch the old addresses are redirected, forms are tested end to end, and we watch the site closely for a month. You own the site, the domain and the content throughout.
