Landing pages for damp proofing specialists
Landing page design for damp proofing specialists, one page with one job.
A landing page exists to convert traffic you are already paying for. It has one offer, one piece of proof and one way to get in touch, with no navigation for visitors to wander off into.
For damp proofing specialists
What it means in your trade.
A single-purpose page suits one urgent need. For a damp specialist that might be a mortgage report page for buyers with a deadline, a condensation and mould page for the autumn and winter months when it peaks, or a landlord page for letting agents managing several properties. Each has one message, the facts that visitor needs and one booking form, which makes it the right destination for an ad or a referral link from a surveyor.

Questions
The ones that come up.
Do I need a landing page or a full website?
If you are running paid ads and sending that traffic to your homepage, a landing page is usually worth having. If you are not running ads yet, start with the website, because a landing page only works once traffic is pointed at it.
Can you write the page as well as build it?
Yes, that is most of the work. The writing is what makes a landing page convert; the design's job is to stay out of its way.
Is it worth a page on old and listed buildings?
If you work on them, yes. Owners of old stone or solid-walled homes are often wary of chemical treatments and cement render, and search for specialists who understand breathable materials. A page explaining your approach, with photos from similar buildings, attracts those owners and shows the kind of judgement surveyors and conservation officers look for.
Will landlords and housing providers find the site useful?
It can make you easier to instruct. A page aimed at them should cover surveys that identify the cause, ventilation work, how findings are reported, and how you arrange access with tenants. A form that takes several addresses and tenant contact details helps agents book multiple properties. It supports the relationships you build.
What happens to my existing site and its search visibility?
Before we change anything, we check which pages currently bring in visits. Those are kept or redirected to their replacements so their value carries over. At launch the old addresses are redirected, forms are tested end to end, and we watch the site closely for a month. You own the site, the domain and the content throughout.

Find out what your website is costing you.
A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.
We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
