Local SEO for landscapers
SEO for landscapers, so the people nearby find you.
Local search is mostly groundwork. Google needs to understand what you do, where you do it, and that other people vouch for you. Your site also has to be fast enough to be worth ranking.
For landscapers
What it means in your trade.
The searches that matter for a landscaper are for the job: patio installers, sleeper retaining walls, artificial grass fitting, garden landscaping, often with a town or “near me” added. The groundwork is a page for each of those jobs, service-area information that matches where you really travel, project write-ups that name districts, and a Google Business Profile with the right categories and a steady flow of reviews that describe the build.

What is realistic: this makes you findable and credible for the jobs you want, and it builds over several seasons. In busy areas, national quote sites will keep sharing the results page with you.

Built for landscapers
Made for your trade.
Every trade asks something different of its website. For a landscaper, these are the parts built in.
- A page for each type of build you want more of, such as patios, retaining walls or artificial grass, with the areas you cover and what a typical job involves.
- Project write-ups built from your own phone photos, each with the starting point, the materials used and the finished result.
- An enquiry form that asks for garden size, the work wanted, timing and a budget band, with space to attach photos.
- Your Google Business Profile claimed and set up with landscaping categories, service areas and project photos.
- A clear note of how far ahead you are booking, placed where visitors see it before they fill in the form.
- Call and form tracking, so you can see which pages the build enquiries came from.
What it costs
Included in the rebuild.
There is no separate SEO invoice. The groundwork is part of the £1,400 rebuild, one-off, in about 14 working days.
The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions
The ones that come up.
How long before SEO does anything?
The technical work lands immediately; rankings move over weeks to months. Be wary of any promise of page one within a month.
Do you do SEO as a monthly retainer?
The groundwork is part of the rebuild. Ongoing care at £149 a month keeps it maintained. There is no separate SEO retainer.
Do I need a blog on my landscaping website?
A diary-style blog is rarely worth the time. A small number of useful pages earns its place: what drives the cost of a patio, porcelain against natural stone, how drainage is handled on a sloping plot. Those answer real questions homeowners ask before they get quotes, and they rarely go out of date.
What happens to my current website and its address?
You keep your domain. We point it at the new site, redirect any old pages that people still visit, and test that nothing breaks. If your current site sits on a platform you rent, we bring the useful content across so that you own the new one outright.
I also do garden maintenance. How does the site handle both?
Maintenance gets its own page and its own form, with the areas and visit frequency you offer, so those requests arrive already sorted. The build pages stay focused on projects. That way someone after a fortnightly tidy does not land in the same pile as someone planning a complete rebuild of their garden.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.
We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
