Growth Care for surveyors
Growth Care for surveyors, so someone answers when it breaks.
£149 a month, optional. Cancel any time, with a month's notice. It covers hosting, updates, the changes you want made, and a monthly check that enquiries are reaching you, because a contact form can stop sending without anyone noticing.
What is included
Exactly what you get.
Hosting, SSL, backups and software updates handled
The small changes you want made, handled within the plan
A monthly check that forms, click-to-call and WhatsApp all still work
Uptime and speed monitored, so you hear about problems before a customer does
No minimum term, and if you stop, you keep the site
Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and sits outside the plan. New pages as you grow are covered; a whole new section of the site is agreed with you first.
Built for surveyors
Made for your trade.
Every trade asks something different of its website. For a surveyor, these are the parts built in.
- A page for each survey level you offer, explaining in plain terms what it covers and who it suits.
- A quote form asking for property address, type, age, value and deadline, so you can reply with a price.
- A page setting out the areas you cover and the property types you know well.
- Surveyor profiles with photos, RICS membership and specialisms.
- Separate pages for commercial surveys, party wall matters and valuations if you offer them.
- A downloadable sample report, anonymised, so buyers see what they will receive.
What it costs
£149 a month.
Growth Care looks after the site after launch. The site itself is yours outright; Growth Websites start at £1,400, one-off.
The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions
The ones that come up.
Do I have to take Growth Care?
No. The website is yours outright at £1,400 whether or not you ever pay another penny. Growth Care is there for owners who would like someone else to handle hosting and changes.
What counts as a change?
Prices, photos, opening hours, a new service, a member of staff, a review to add. If it turns into a whole new section of the site, we will tell you before doing it.
Should RICS regulation be on the homepage?
Yes. Buyers often do not know which surveyors are regulated and which are not, and seeing it stated plainly near the top reassures them. Explaining briefly what regulation means for the client, such as standards of work and a complaints route, is more useful than a logo alone. Each surveyor's individual qualifications can go on their profile.
Can the website take instructions outside office hours?
Yes. Buyers often look for a surveyor in the evening after an offer has been accepted. A quote form that asks for the property details, survey level and deadline lets them start the process then, and you can reply with a price the next morning. It can also explain what happens next, which reduces follow-up calls.
Should party wall and commercial work have separate pages?
Yes. A homeowner planning an extension who needs a party wall surveyor, a commercial landlord and a first-time buyer all have different questions and use different words. Separate pages mean each one sees what applies to them, and each page can be found by people looking for that service specifically.

Find out what your website is costing you.
A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.
We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
