Landing pages for upholsterers

Landing page design for upholsterers, one page with one job.

A landing page exists to convert traffic you are already paying for. It has one offer, one piece of proof and one way to get in touch, with no navigation for visitors to wander off into.

For upholsterers

What it means in your trade.

An upholsterer might use a single-purpose page for commercial seating aimed at pubs and restaurants planning a refurbishment, a page for antique restoration, or a seasonal push for sofa re-covering before the festive period. Each page shows only the relevant work, explains the process briefly and ends in one photo-based quote form.

A commercial page is also useful as a link to send to hospitality owners or interior designers, and because it stands apart, it can be changed without touching the main site.

What is included

Questions

The ones that come up.

Do I need a landing page or a full website?

If you are running paid ads and sending that traffic to your homepage, a landing page is usually worth having. If you are not running ads yet, start with the website, because a landing page only works once traffic is pointed at it.

Can you write the page as well as build it?

Yes, that is most of the work. The writing is what makes a landing page convert; the design's job is to stay out of its way.

Is it wise to turn away pieces that are not worth doing?

Usually, yes. Saying openly that a budget sofa with a chipboard frame will cost more to redo than to replace loses you a small job and earns trust in everything else you say. Setting out which pieces repay the work, such as solid hardwood frames, antiques or furniture with family history, helps the right customers see the value first.

Is commercial upholstery worth a separate page?

If you want that work, yes. A pub or restaurant owner needs hard-wearing contract cloth, the job fitted around trading hours and a firm date for getting the seats back. A page showing booths or bench seating you have already done proves you can cope with the volume, and the same venue tends to call again when the seating wears.

How should I show my collection and delivery service?

High up on each page, with the villages and towns you collect from and whether there is a charge. Very few people can get a three-seater into a car, so this question comes before price. If pieces can also be dropped off, add the workshop address, the hours someone is there and where to park or unload.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.

We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
