Growth Care for cleaners
Growth Care for cleaners, so someone answers when it breaks.
£149 a month, optional. Cancel any time, with a month's notice. It covers hosting, updates, the changes you want made, and a monthly check that enquiries are reaching you, because a contact form can stop sending without anyone noticing.
What is included
Exactly what you get.
Hosting, SSL, backups and software updates handled
The small changes you want made, handled within the plan
A monthly check that forms, click-to-call and WhatsApp all still work
Uptime and speed monitored, so you hear about problems before a customer does
No minimum term, and if you stop, you keep the site
Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and sits outside the plan. New pages as you grow are covered; a whole new section of the site is agreed with you first.
Built for cleaners
Made for your trade.
Every trade asks something different of its website. For a cleaner, these are the parts built in.
- A page for regular cleaning that lists what a visit includes and how often you come.
- Separate pages for one-off services such as end of tenancy, deep cleans, holiday let changeovers and oven cleaning.
- A clear areas section and an availability note, with a waiting list form for when you are full.
- A trust section covering insurance, vetting, key handling and cover for holidays or illness.
- An enquiry form that asks for postcode, property size, frequency and preferred days.
- Your Google Business Profile set up with the right cleaning categories and a service area.
What it costs
£149 a month.
Growth Care looks after the site after launch. The site itself is yours outright; Growth Websites start at £1,400, one-off.
The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions
The ones that come up.
Do I have to take Growth Care?
No. The website is yours outright at £1,400 whether or not you ever pay another penny. Growth Care is there for owners who would like someone else to handle hosting and changes.
What counts as a change?
Prices, photos, opening hours, a new service, a member of staff, a review to add. If it turns into a whole new section of the site, we will tell you before doing it.
Should end of tenancy cleaning be on the same website?
Yes, as its own page. Tenants, landlords and letting agents all search for it and want to know what is included, whether you work to an inventory checklist, and whether you return if the agent raises an issue. That is a different conversation from regular cleaning and deserves its own form.
How do I describe the cleaning products I use?
If you use eco-friendly, fragrance-free or customer-supplied products, say which and why. Many people have pets, allergies or preferences, and a short, honest description helps them choose. Avoid claims you cannot back up, such as calling something non-toxic without evidence to support it.
Can the site bring in work from people arranging cleaning for a parent?
It can make them comfortable to call. A section for families arranging cleaning for an older relative explains how you keep in touch, whether you can report back after visits, and what the cleaner will and will not do. That speaks to a buyer who is checking you from a distance.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.
We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
