Landing pages for contract cleaners

Landing page design for contract cleaners, one page with one job.

A landing page exists to convert traffic you are already paying for. It has one offer, one piece of proof and one way to get in touch, with no navigation for visitors to wander off into.

For contract cleaners

What it means in your trade.

A commercial cleaning landing page could target one sector, such as schools before the summer holidays or medical practices, or support one service like washroom hygiene or builders' cleans. It can also back a direct mail or LinkedIn campaign aimed at facilities managers in your area. Each page shows the relevant work, compliance and process for that buyer, with a site survey form.

Questions

The ones that come up.

Do I need a landing page or a full website?

If you are running paid ads and sending that traffic to your homepage, a landing page is usually worth having. If you are not running ads yet, start with the website, because a landing page only works once traffic is pointed at it.

Can you write the page as well as build it?

Yes, that is most of the work. The writing is what makes a landing page convert; the design's job is to stay out of its way.

What should the site survey request form ask?

Enough to prepare a useful visit: building type and approximate size, the hours cleaning can happen, current arrangements, any specialist areas such as washrooms, kitchens or clinical rooms, and when the current contract ends. The end date on its own helps you plan the follow-up properly.

Should we mention our environmental practices?

If you have real ones, yes. Some buyers include sustainability questions in tenders: products used, waste handling, water use and travel between sites. Describe what you actually do, and mention an environmental management certification if you hold one. Vague green claims without detail do more harm than saying nothing at all.

How do facilities managers find a new cleaning contractor?

Through referrals, procurement frameworks, tender portals and search. Whichever route they take, a look at your website is part of checking you over. The site should give them what they need in that visit, meaning sectors, compliance, the quality process and a clear next step, without having to call first.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.
