Landing pages for it support companies
Landing page design for it support companies, one page with one job.
A landing page exists to convert traffic you are already paying for. It has one offer, one piece of proof and one way to get in touch, with no navigation for visitors to wander off into.
For it support companies
What it means in your trade.
A single-purpose page suits an IT firm for one push: Cyber Essentials preparation, a Microsoft 365 migration, the end of support for an old operating system, a new backup service, or support for a particular sector such as dental practices or accountants. The page explains the problem, what you do, how pricing works and one route to book a call.

It gives an email campaign, a partner referral or an ad a single destination, so you can see how many enquiries that campaign produced.

Questions
The ones that come up.
Do I need a landing page or a full website?
If you are running paid ads and sending that traffic to your homepage, a landing page is usually worth having. If you are not running ads yet, start with the website, because a landing page only works once traffic is pointed at it.
Can you write the page as well as build it?
Yes, that is most of the work. The writing is what makes a landing page convert; the design's job is to stay out of its way.
Is it worth explaining Cyber Essentials on our site?
Yes. Many business owners have heard of it through suppliers, insurers or public sector tenders, but do not know what it involves. A clear page explaining what it is, whether you hold it, and how you help clients achieve it is useful to buyers and shows expertise. The technical details should come from you.
How do we show that switching provider is not a risk?
Explain the process: an initial audit, documenting existing systems, handover of passwords and licences, and a planned date for taking over support. Many businesses stay with poor providers because they fear disruption. A page setting out the steps and what the client needs to do gives them the confidence to change.
How do we get reviews from business clients?
Ask after a successful project or at a regular review meeting, and give a direct link. Reviews that describe response times, problems solved and how easy you are to work with are the most persuasive. With permission, a short case study naming the client's sector and the problem you solved carries even more weight than a star rating.
