Growth Care for glaziers

Growth Care for glaziers, so someone answers when it breaks.

£149 a month, optional. Cancel any time, with a month's notice. It covers hosting, updates, the changes you want made, and a monthly check that enquiries are reaching you, because a contact form can stop sending without anyone noticing.

What is included

Exactly what you get.

Hosting, SSL, backups and software updates handled

The small changes you want made, handled within the plan

A monthly check that forms, click-to-call and WhatsApp all still work

Uptime and speed monitored, so you hear about problems before a customer does

No minimum term, and if you stop, you keep the site

Not included. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and sits outside the plan. New pages as you grow are covered; a whole new section of the site is agreed with you first.

Built for glaziers

Made for your trade.

Every trade asks something different of its website. For a glazier, these are the parts built in.

  • A page for each common fault, such as misted units, broken panes, failed hinges and doors that will not lock, written around what the customer sees.
  • An emergency section at the top of phone screens stating the hours and area you genuinely cover, with a button that dials you.
  • A repair enquiry form with photo upload, so many jobs can be priced without a visit.
  • A page for shops, offices and property managers covering response times, glass types and account invoicing.
  • FENSA or CERTASS registration shown on the replacement window pages where it applies.
  • Your Google Business Profile hours checked against the site, and tracking set up on calls and forms.

What it costs

£149 a month.

Growth Care looks after the site after launch. The site itself is yours outright; Growth Websites start at £1,400, one-off.

The free Growth Audit comes first either way, so you find out what is actually wrong before you spend anything.

Questions

The ones that come up.

Do I have to take Growth Care?

No. The website is yours outright at £1,400 whether or not you ever pay another penny. Growth Care is there for owners who would like someone else to handle hosting and changes.

What counts as a change?

Prices, photos, opening hours, a new service, a member of staff, a review to add. If it turns into a whole new section of the site, we will tell you before doing it.

Should I explain toughened glass lead times?

Yes, briefly. Toughened glass cannot be cut after it has been toughened, so it has to be made to measure, which takes longer than cutting ordinary glass while the customer waits. A sentence explaining that on your cut-to-size page stops people expecting a same-day shower screen or table top, and makes the wait feel reasonable.

Is a separate page for commercial glazing worth it?

If you want that work, yes. Shops, offices, schools and letting agents want fast response times, the right glass for the building, and simple accounts. A page written for them, with a direct way to get set up as a supplier, is how that repeat work finds you, and it often outlasts one-off domestic jobs.

Where should FENSA or CERTASS appear on a glazier's website?

On the pages for replacing whole windows and doors, where building regulations apply and registration matters. Putting badges on glass-only repair pages adds little, because those customers care about speed and cost. Linking to your entry on the register lets a customer check it independently, which helps more than the logo on its own.

A free Growth Audit, done by hand: a written, prioritised audit of your website, with the three fixes worth making first. It is yours to keep.

We take on a limited number of builds at once, so there is usually a short wait before a new one starts. Once yours starts, it is about 14 working days from agreed direction to launch.
